Mentoring Ecopreneurs

Collaboratively innovated curriculum and mentored ecopreneurs in developing deep green enterprises, including using biomimicry, regenerative design, and systems thinking to develop ecoprise plans and holding a model pitch session with five funders. Presented at an international sustainability conference about these successes.

Living Systems & Enterprise Process Engineering

Worked with a team of college leaders to revitalize research ethics culture with living systems considerations, developing campus-wide flow diagrams to clarify processes.

Higher Education Administration

Collaborated with departmental chairs of all graduate programs of a liberal-arts college for multi-year program refinement and innovation. Vetted all new program proposals. Established processes and integrated accreditation. Group determined structures of graduate programs and courses as well as staffing.

State of Oregon Public Health

Led revamp of 30,000 web properties across eight organizations. Facilitated 250+ stakeholders at four levels to optimize health information for Oregonians out of organizational silos and into clear and integrated information sites.

Department of Human Services

Managed $4M Food Stamps and Medicaid project. Successfully managed four technical project schedules with complex governmental-technical scheduling complexity. Led Agile/Scrum daily standups.

Journal of Sustainability Education

Consulted as Advisory Board Member for leading, open-access, peer-reviewed journal in the field of sustainability, including establishing national award program honoring best-of-breed prototypes and programs.
